This website is operated by Closet London. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Closet London.
Closet London offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you on the condition that you accept all the terms, policies and notices stated here.
Use of the website
By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any other policies referred to here. These terms apply to all users, including without limitation visitors, customers and contributors of content. Please read these terms carefully before using the website. By using the website, you accept these terms.
Article 1 – Definitions
Cancellation period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right to cancel.
Consumer: an individual who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business or profession.
Trader: a natural or legal person who offers products or services.
Distance contract: a contract concluded at a distance using means of communication.

Article 3 – Scope
These terms and conditions apply to every offer and to every contract concluded between the trader and the consumer.
Article 4 – The offer
The offer includes an accurate and detailed description of the products and services. Images show the products faithfully, but colours may vary depending on your screen settings. Obvious mistakes or errors are not binding on the trader.
Article 5 – Formation of the contract
The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email following your acceptance of the offer and completion of the payment.
Article 6 – Right to cancel and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. In addition, we offer 30-Day Returns: you may return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving them. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.
Article 7 – Costs of returns
If you cancel or return an item, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless the goods are faulty or were not as described.
Article 8 – Exceptions to the right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- bespoke or personalised products
- sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery
Article 9 – Prices
Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Article 10 – Delivery
Orders will be delivered within 30 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability. Delivery is free on all orders.
Article 11 – Faulty items and complaints
Faults, damage or errors should be reported by email within 7 days of delivery. We will respond to complaints within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
