Returns Policy – Closet London
30-Day Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window gives you additional time on top of this right and does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return an item
Please email us with the following details:
- Full name
- Email address
- Order number
- The item(s) you would like to return and the reason (optional)

We will reply within 1 to 2 working days with your return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before you have received these instructions.
Return costs
The cost of returning an item is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. In that case, please contact us and we will arrange the return at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery costs are refunded where required by law. Delivery is free on all our orders.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
